Cancellations within a week of the reserved date will incur a 50% charge of the total price.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the reserved date will incur a 100% charge of the total price.

Changes to the date of reservation within a week of this date will incur a 10% charge of the total price.

Changes to the date of reservation within 72 hours of this date will incur a 20% charge of the total price.

Any cost incurred by absence or incompliance to the program will be at the client’s expense.

Raft Mexico reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary of any trip in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as climate, natural disasters, political unrest, etc.

The payment made for any trip is non refundable in such an event and will be at the client’s expense.
